WWII US Model 1943 Dust Goggles

This is a pair of US M1943 dust goggles used by American airborne troops during World War II. The goggles are made of plastic, with a felt type material lining the plastic and a two piece elastic strap. I am unsure which type this pair is, as there were several variations. There were different colors of lenses, clear, green, red and the dark tin these are. This pair is in good condition, but does have some light scratches on the lenses. The lenses are vented to prevent fogging with a series of small holes all along the edges. There are numerous photographs of airborne soldiers wearing these during the Normandy and Holland jumps, as well as being used by the 10th Mountain Division in Italy. This is the first set I've had, so I'm thinking they aren't that common. They would look good in a 101st Normandy display.
