The form states that the last time Captain Rinnolds received pay it was from a Major N G Deshields. It further states that he received the $390 from a Captain J T Powers, AQM on 3 January, 1863. The form itself is an actual Confederate form, not a crossed out copy of a Union form. The bottom of the form is signed A Rinnolds Capt/Co F 55th Va Regt. This document is in good condition, having one small hole, no rips, tears or folded corners. The ink is not smudged and the writing is very legible.
