This is the official annual report of the Adjutant General of the state of Pennsylvania for the year 1864. The narrative is 269 pages, it was published in 1865 by Singerly & Myers, printers for the state of Pennsylvania and is not illustrated. This volume covers anything and everything that pertained to the military units from the state of Pennsylvania during the year of 1864. It is filled with unit rosters, casualty lists, officer appointments, promotions, cause of death by unit and many other interesting facts. This book would make a very valuable resource tool for those that collect or study Pennsylvania units from the Civil War. This 158 year old book is in good condition for it's age.
