US Naval Training Certificate Presented to Seaman 2nd Class Murray Williams

This is a training certificate presented to Seaman 2nd Class Murray Williams for completing the Group I (b) Ordnance School. The course was conducted at the United States Naval Training Station at San Diego, California. Seaman 2nd Class Williams completed the course on 25th August, 1942 with a final score of 90.32. The certificate is signed by the officer in charge of the school, Lieutenant Commander M. T. Dayton, and the commanding officer of the training station at San Diego, Captain H. C. Gearing. The certificate comes in a frame that measures 10 3/4" wide and 8 3/4" high. If you have a small spot left on the wall of your war room, this will fill right in!
