This is an original Die Reichswehr cigarette card album detailing all aspects of the German military in 1933. It is complete with all 280 cards. This publication measures 11 3/4" wide and 12 1/4" high. The front cover shows plenty of wear, with scuff scattered all over, the bottom right corner is frayed and torn. The back cover is completely detached and is held in place with a piece of painters tape. The inside front cover shows evidence of some light water damage. All pages show signs of age along the edges, turning a darker brown. The colored images of the different arms of the German military show no damage. All text in in German. This book was published by the Nuerburg House for the Waldorf Austoria and the Eckstein Halpaus, cigarette and tobacco manufacturing companies in Munich and Dresden, Germany. This will make a nice addition to any early Nazi Germany collection.
