WWI US M1918 Browning Automatic Rifle Right Side Bandoleer

This is a US Model 1918 Browning Automatic Rifle magazine bandoleer for the assistant gunner used during World War I. The belt was manufactured by Plant Brothers & Company and has three magazine pockets capable of carrying six 20 round magazines for the BAR. The bandoleer is constructed of the magazine section and an adjustable shoulder strap. The magazine section is ink stamped PLANT BROS & CO./RIGHT/BANDOLEER/10-1918/69. It also has an Ordnance inspector stamp of 27. The material still retains it's original khaki color and has no staining. All three snaps on the pockets work perfectly. The eyelets on the bottom of the magazine pockets are all present. This magazine bandoleer is in near mint condition. If you are a World War I collector this will add some sizzle to your display!
