WWII Australian Field Dressing

This is an unopened Australian field dressing from World War II. Inside the cloth carrying pack are two dressings, each inside a waterproof pouch, and two safety pins. The reason for two dressings was for the treatment of entry and exit wounds. Ink stamped on the outside of the cloth pouch are instructions for the use of the field dressings. This field dressing was made by Johnson & Johnson Pty. Ltd. of Sydney. It is dated February, 1943. The pouch remains unopened and is complete. The ink stamp is very legible and easy to read. Nice little piece of gear from one of the Allied countries.
