This is an OG 107 Class 1 blouse from the Vietnam era. The OG 107 was the basic work uniform for all branches of the United States military from 1952 until 1989. The material used for the OG 107 was cotton, such as this example. This blouse is reinforced with rip stop nylon fibers. It has the slant top pockets and adjustable cuff size. There is no evidence of this blouse ever having a combat patch on the right sleeve. The left sleeve clearly shows the outline of a Special Forces patch, with the outline of Airborne and Special Forces tabs above it. The collar shows the shadows of sewn on rank, either Sergeant First Class or Master Sergeant stripes. There are also shadows of a name tag and a US Army tape. There is absolutely no damage, stains, rips or tears anywhere on the blouse. The tag sewn into the neck shows the size of medium short. The instruction label is still present as well and is 100% intact and very legible. It shows the shirt was manufactured by the Bonham Manufacturing Company Inc. in 1969. This would look great on a mannequin, decked out with some jungle gear.
