WWI US Model 1910 First Aid Pouch with Bandage

This is an US Model 1910 first aid pouch with a Bauer & Black bandage used in World War I. The pouch is in excellent, issued condition. The khaki color is still very vibrant, and has no staining. The canvas has no holes, rips or tears. The stitching is very tight and has no breaks or frays. The closure snaps work perfectly. The carrying bail is still present. The inside of the flap is ink stamped L.C.C.&CO. 1918 in one line. Inside the pouch is a Bauer & Black bandage. It is in the metal container, and has been opened at some point. Some old clear tape has been used to reseal the bandage, but it has turned yellow from age. Everyone who served in an overseas capacity carried one of these on their web gear. Great example of a WWI first aid pouch that will complete your web gear!
